Calvin (49) from Newport

Haven't a clue what to write here... So.. I'll stick to answering the prompt questions and you can ask me to fill in the blanks.... I'm easy going, in that I don't like confrontation, preferring to discuss things as they come along... I'm not into hysterical arguments (bin there done that! :-) I'm a thinker rather than a jump in first kind of guy... I'm very patient and I don't like to be rushed, although I do enjoy spur of the moment things and am not by any means 'staid'...
Currently I work shifts, but am about to change jobs. My background is in purchasing in an engineering environment.
I enjoy most things, the company being more important than the activity. I'm game to have a go at almost anything!

This may sound corny... but I really am looking for someone who will value my friendship and be as appreciative of me as I will be of her... Someone who is able to have a laugh and a good time, but can appreciate the quieter moments that life has to offer...

I guess I've done what a million other men have done... but I am prepared to be honest about it... I've hit the '40's' and decided that it's time to start living life as I would want rather than constantly doing/being what other people expect me to be... The new me has a fresh perspective on life, the universe and everything!! I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy experiencing it with me....
