Well, this is the first time that i have been on one of these sites so after much persuation for my daughters i have deicded to give it ago..... so be gentle with me ladies!

I am a 53 year old male, and now live on my own as my daughters have now flown the nest.

When i am not at work i spend my time on my bike, weather permitting (fair weather rider)LOL!!!
