I'm 31 years old, tall (6'), slim and what's left of my hair is dark blondish.
I am a happy, positive person, immensely practical and quietly confident.
I have worked as a chef for the last 7 years, and since the end of 2006 I have owned my own restaurant and bar in Notting Hill.
I work far too hard for far too little money but being my own boss makes up for it. Most of the time.
I am well educated but very down to earth. I am quite funny, and not just in the head.
I am trying to lead a healthy lifestyle (Ha, won't last I'm sure) and go to the gym a couple of times a week and for the occasional run.
