Enjoy listening to music, be it pop, jazz, rock, blues or classical, I love music whatever the genre, there is normally something in each type I enjoy.

Like to lose myself in a good film, find they can take you away from it all. I am happy to watch most types of films, my favourites being thrillers and romantic comedies.

Happy to cook but I am no Nigella Lawson, tend to make more effort when cooking for friends, but then don't we all!

Love animals and enjoy visiting places of interest, art museums especially crazy ones like the Tate Modern, like to go for day trips to new places, enjoying capturing moments on camera but not to the demise of the moment.

Love sunshine, big windows to dream out of, wind in my hair, pretty scenery.

Am in my element, on a long train journey, people watching and looking out at the scenery and perhaps dozing off as the train chugs along. Like modern trains and steam trains and aeroplanes.

Love nature, birds, flowers, that kind of thing.

Hate bossy people and snobbery, sweet and sour dishes, bad manners and small confined spaces.

Like most people, I love to sit by an open fire cuddled up with that special someone, chatting, listening to music or watching a movie and maybe falling asleep together.

I would like to meet someone special who is around my age, say from 28 to 44, although this is not set in stone, I would prefer someone around my age. I would love to meet someone whose company I enjoy, who can make me laugh and who is easy going with a sense of fun and who wants to travel and see new things.

My ideal man would have a passion for life and keen to see different places and experience new things. A good sense of humour is a bonus too!!
