Bedazzled    (59) from Bedfordshire 

I'm 58 going on 27, Brown Hair, Green Eyes, 5'2". Overweight but working on it now that the divorce is finally sorted out and I can start living again! I'm going to get fit again. Two children, both fled the nest, and one gorgeous granddaughter.

I enjoy cooking - but not for myself - and eating out, love to travel and find out about new places and people. I'm outgoing and adventurous but can be shy on occasions. Have a somewhat twisted sense of humour and love to laugh.

A true romantic with a very practical streak, my idea of heaven (in the winter)is a great walk or ride in the frosty countryside then back to a warm and cosy cottage with a log fire (but I'll probably check the chimney is ok), candlelight, good food and a bottle of wine, relaxing and chatting or listening to good music. Don't mind what sort of music as long as it's good!  

I'd like to develop a social life again, find people who can become real friends. Friends that I can meet for a drink, go to the cinema and theatre with, have great conversations with, invite to dinner, spend a day - or several - at country shows, visit exhibitions and explore old ruins. All the 'normal' things in life that have been missing in recent years.

Also looking for someone who can become that bit more than a friend, for someone who enjoys life and has a great sense of humour, someone I can talk to, about anything, or spend long comfortable silences with. You will certainly have an adventurous streak and enjoy foreign travel but also be happy walking in the country or by the sea.
