What am I and who am I? Dare I trust myself to give a valid and convincing description, a tall order for any journalist - once described as a Jane Torvill look alike but alas no medals to my name! Think I can go for honest, witty, caring, tolerant and a good listener, you will have to tell me if I got it right. I enjoy sharing whether it be conversation over a cappuccino or a good glass of red wine with friends and family enjoying a well presented meal. A walk along the beach or swim in the sea when it's rainy are some of the simple pleasures in life together with hug and a cup of tea. Cooking plays a professional and passionate part in my life and to experience the tastes of other cultures both home and abroad are of great interest to me. I'm not averse to the odd quiz or two but probably only manage to contribute with a food and drink or 70's pop answer.
