Atoli (21) from Tayside

I grew up and have lived my entire life in Scotland. I have a very strong, free-spirit streak and long for freedom - possibly due to being in the same country for eighteen years.

I'm a college student and hope to become a librarian one day....or something, I'm not sure. I've got a mind which changes with the winds and so I can never decide one anything for long - probably because I haven't found anything I like.

I love reading and writing. My room is practically a library. I like sci-fi books but have a penchant for romance and comedy ones. My favorite books being "Memoirs of a Geisha" and "Snowflower and the Secret Fan". However in case you haven't noticed, I love foreign books - and movies.

I'm a practicing Buddhist but I still have a long way to go before I attain Nirvana.

I'm an okay cook and love cooking Chinese and Japanese food. Although I also like European food such as sachertorte and piroshkis.

My main reason I joined this site is so I can make friends as, offline, I find it hard to do so.
