About me

I’m a girl with a positive and sunny outlook on life and an open and enquiring mind. Having an adventurous spirit I enjoy pushing my boundaries and I’m not feint hearted when it comes to trying new things (more recently rock climbing and sky diving). I am very interested and aware of my own personal and spiritual development and whilst I’m not attached to any religion as such, I seem to connect quite a bit with Eastern Philosophies. I enjoy exploring new ideas and am open to others perspectives but essentially I trust my own intuition.
I have a stronger tendency towards right brain thinking and this allows me to express myself creatively and holistically. I like to think outside the box and have a can do attitude.
Passionate about a great many things and can be deep and serious but on the flip side, I love playfulness and humour and have a great sense of fun. I’m also pretty soft centred and have a warm, caring, compassionate and understanding nature.
So, some of my interests include rock climbing, hiking, dancing, yoga and meditation. I also love music and rhythm, water, dark chocolate, good coffee, green tea, mountains, observing and experiencing nature, wildlife, the sea, reading, thinking, massage and hugs (lots of!).
