I am an Earth Goddess. I love the countryside and have great respect for Mother Earth and all her glories.

Her breath is the air that we breathe
Her tears are the waters of life
Her bounty will nourish us daily
So why do we give her such strife

Without all Her gifts we have nothing
No beauty, no shelter, no food
Yet She gives of Herself to us freely
So respect Her, for that is Her due.

I enjoy company, travel (especialy to france), camping, country, forest, beach, quiet pubs, cooking (& eating),reading, films, music + lots more
Into candles, crystals & aromatherapy, dragons, wizards, native american and life. I also like motorbikes.
I like writing poems & songs, also painting and anything artistic / creative...
I love all animals (except flies, but they're insects anyway)
I am a smoker but would respect other peoples feelings (most of my friends & family are non-smokers so I do not smoke in their homes)
Not into nightclubs, liars or selfish people...

I have a grown up son who flew the coop many years ago and though can't have more children of my own have no objection to other peoples. kids seem to like me probably coz I'm a big one myself.

***NOW FOR THE REALLY HONEST BIT: All the above is true but I omitted one factor, I am registered disabled.(wow, how fast can you click off a profile) I had an accident 6 years ago and damaged my spine. Doctors were doubtful that I would walk again but I proved them wrong. In the past two years I have walked up Glastonbury Tor several times (thats over 500ft up & very steep). On good days I can do ALL things an able bodied person can do except carry heavy loads, in fact I'm probably more active than a lot of "normal" people. On bad days I use a walking stick but still get about, although a bit slower, & on really bad days I have no choice but to load myself with pills & slob out on the sofa.
I do not need a nursemaid, I am more than capable of looking after myself.
I love driving & often go to tranquill places as part of my own special therapy, how can you be down when surrounded by nature. If you've got this far, well done & thanks for looking. I'm looking to meet friends as well as that `someone special` so why not send me a message. And for all those guys that run away; I wouldn't have been able to chase you anyway, but you will never know what you are missing!!!!!
