hello people. my name is ann, im 59yrs young 5'6'tall and retired. i m quite an easy going individual. dont have any hang-ups or baggage. enjoy meeting people and talking to people. i enjoy most types of music from classical to 60s/70s.80s even abit of modern up to date stuff as well. i also do abit of diy, decorating and the like. i enjoy corresponding with people through letter writting and read the occasional book. i have greying hair blue eyes and wear spectacles. my hair is short. i have a number of hobbies, one of which is swimming. i also have 2 children and 3 grandchildren whom i babysit for occasionally. i also doggy sit for a few family and friends. i enjoy going out to meet friends for lunch on a regular basis. i drive so i like to get away for a few days on a regular basis. usually go on my own but it would be nice to have company as well. i stay in scotland but originally come from yorkshire. i ve been in the north now for nearly 30yrs. when i worked i was with the BNA and thoroughly enjoyed my job. now i have time for my family and myself so i still have a good time.well thats all for now thanks for reading and good luck to you in your search. ann

honesty, i like to see a person as a whole not just to look at. so i dontmake quick decisions about people. i feel its always best to get to know someone and reserve judgement. i would like to meet friends initialy and then see what happens after that.
