I love laughing so hard my sides hurt. Having someone to laugh with is even better. Love to travel to unknown places, stepping off the airplane knowing someone's at the other end to pick me up. Hailing a cab for the first time in a new city. Enjoying the view of a beautiful lake or beach, smelling clean air.

My best assets are my red hair, twinkley eyes, sense of humour and smile.
I believe I have abit of style? am very feminine. Dont feel dressed unless I am wearing some French perfume, little bit of make-up and some jewellery. I make no apologies for being a girly girl.
Unfortunately I've gained weight recently through an underactive thyroid. This does'nt help your confidence at all, although I have no intention of keeping this weight. Really hopeful that the medication will soon kick in and remedy the situation.

Love culture, the arts. Happier exploring a city rather than lying around a pool for hours on end. Enjoy travel and lived abroad for awhile. Would love to see more of this beautiful world. Music is very important in my life. I love a good book, movie a long walk. The Lake district is one of my favouite walking places, even have the boots. Dont watch much TV unless its a good drama or a docu. Enjoy cooking, and entertaining, love a good glass of wine. Conversation and laughter are a very important part of my life. Am lucky enough to have a wonderful loving family who although may not be close in miles we are never far apart and speak everyday. Plus some really good friends. Like many on here I have had alot of hurt in my life.




 

Not interested in one-night stands or game playing. Like characters, clever, funny but sincere men. Perhaps someone with some style?...who likes to kiss the back of a ladies hand on meeting.

If its a date we are talking about? Carn't we call it something else? How about lets see if we can actually have intelligent conversation and not feel like its a job interview. If your doing a lot of interviewing and dating lots of ladies? well ermm no thanks your not the man for me.

Although I've got to be honest and say I have not totally discounted falling in love again (that would be wonderful) However I do know there are not alot of single men around of a similar age to me.
