I enjoy cooking for people although not the washing up! I have machine to do that (I promised myself that in the first kitchen big enough to have one after the washing machine I was going to have a dishwasher as this was a close second), when it’s just me it tends to be either an experiment (and something’s have come out looking like something from a Hammer Horror Film!) or something quick! My garden comes in handy for the BBQs and touch wood nobody has come down with anything untoward yet!

I enjoy walking (when the weathers nice), I was up in the Yorkshire Dales at Easter a few us stayed at the Station Inn at Ribble head, or rather I stayed in the pub and the others stayed in the bunkhouse. I believe mine was the better choice it may have cost a little more but I did have an en-suite bathroom whereas the others stayed in bunks and had an outside toilet – does this make me soft? By my reckoning I don't think so!

I also enjoy travelling both at home where in addition to the Yorkshire Dales I like going to the East Coast especially Whitby (where Bram Stoker wrote Dracula) and abroad whilst most holidays have been in Europe, I have also travelled to Canada, Egypt and when I was a kid Australia (whilst I do remember bits I would like to return someday) as you may have guessed I more of a culture vulture than a sun worshiper,

I also enjoy socialising with my friends which is a mixture of going to the Pub especially country pubs as generally the atmosphere is more laid back and have probably evolved into what they look like as opposed to a new build like some of the pubs in Leeds or an Englishman’s idea of what an Aussie pub should look like etc., meals out and slightly more sporty things like Badminton.

My taste in music is varied it ranges from classical to rock as it’s very good for the type of mood you are in, although more background than full on which you tend to find in nightclubs.

I would like to meet a women who is looking for a serious relationship, I've no interest in playing games. A person who is out going and game for a laugh, a person I can respect and be their for through the good and bad (although less of the bad hopefully)a person who could be a best mate, a soul mate.

I know this is alot to ask, however if you are hoping to make a go of a relationship you do need to have alot on common and even differences can be overcome, after all part of the fun of a relationship is understanding each others interests.
