Hi thanks for visiting my profile. I work in social care, and really enjoy my job. I also love the beautiful area I live in, on the East Coast.

I am a fairly quiet person until I get to know people, but friendly, loyal, honest and warm hearted. I am a positive person who always looks for solutions rather than getting defeated by problems.

After a long marriage, I was divorced 5 years ago, and since then have learned a lot. These days I'm a lot better at looking after myself, and will say what I think and feel !

I love all live music, but especially the Blues. When I can I get to the gigs at the local blues club. I love to go to live gigs and performances and have decent conversations over a meal and a glass of wine with good friends and lots of laughter.

I love to travel, both in the UK and elsewhere, but I'm not good at lone travelling, I tried to go on holiday alone last year, but it did not work well for me. I hope to travel this year with friends or maybe a partner if things work out like that ! I love to explore ancient winding streets and linger over a coffee in a pavement cafe! 

I have 3 grown up kids who come to stay regularly, with their small children who are beautiful, funny and gorgeous !

I enjoy MSE for the threads, and I have been to a few meets and met some lovely people. I am just here for friendship at the moment.
