I have a wry sense of humour,not sarcastic,and I like to use it, I dont take myself too seriously,I,m honest and genuine, what you see is what you get. I like to have fun most of all and that can be socializing with family or friends,driving in the country,going to the pictures,out for a meal or cooking something nice at home.
I,m not afraid to say that I,m quite sensitive and have a sentimental side, I,m easy going but determined to achieve my goals,if I say I,m going to do something I do it.
I was brought up in the borders,studied in Edinburgh an worked in the highlands before returning Galashiels in the nineties.
In the last two years I have designed and organised the building of my house and workshop which are now nearly complete and my kids are away so I,d like to meet a nice lady, have a romance and a lot of fun.

I,d like to meet someone who is straightforward, down to earth and sincere, has a caring and humourous side and who is looking to form a genuine loving long term relationship.
