Agard    (72) from Cleveland 

I'm a retired teacher who is now working on a voluntary basis for a national charity. I'm considered a caring, cultured and intelligent bloke, with a well-developed and refined sense of humour. I love the arts and all things natural. The one thing I lack in my life is a lady whom I can make supremely happy(or die in the attempt!).
Blimey! That makes me sound like a real pain in the gluteus maximus, but I'm not really. Nobody enjoys a chuckle more than I do. My voluntary work keeps me off the streets and out of mischief.(Maybe I should give it up!).
I have three children; a son here in UK, one in Canada and a daughter in Berlin.
I do a bit of gardening, and enjoy nothing more(well, almost nothing!) than sitting in it with a glass of something soothing on a summer's evening, and listening to music by Beethoven, Benny Goodman, John Williams, The Moody Blues or Mozart, thrush or blackbird.
Ain't life a treat!
