I am sociable, calm, easy going and have a streak of advenure in all that I do! Moved to Yorkshire from Berkshire August 2006 and am loving it!I enjoy most things, especially chatting over a coffee, theatre, cinema, walking, reading, really am happy to try most things. Have two grown up children aged 23 and 21, who are at university and spend the holidays between me and their dad. Am from an Irish background, and feel I am a person of the world, as I love meeting peoples from other countries and love travelling whenever I can! 

Looking for friends and romance. Would eventually like to find that "special" person, but in the meantime, friendship is good. As I am new to Yorkshire, I know few people, so this is the reason for joining this site. Am happy to meet anyone, who is laid back and has a great sense of humour and can see the funny side in most things. Photos were taken in February 2006. So am a bit older and lighter in weight! Will update when I get the chance! Am interested in "meeting" people rather than developing "online" friendships. I enjoy the company of people, whether one to one or in group situations, so am at my happiest socialising whether over a glass of wine, having a coffee, shopping, walking or any other social situation. Also, work shifts which can be a pain both for my social life and romantic life, so need people in my life who understand that I am not always around at the convential times when everyone else is!
