About me

Hi there, I'm a divorced father living on the outskirts of Tadley. I have a son 20 and a daughter 21 who are now both at University. I have a young outlook on life but maintain the old values of courtesy, respect and honesty. I like meeting new people and seeing new places. I'm easy-going, very reliable and sociable. I am Design Engineer for a Newbury based American Company. I like to try and keep fit by playing squash occasionally or maybe badminton or tennis. I like cooking, red wine, music of all types, dancing, DIY (have extended my house), sports cars (open top), foreign travel (have friends in France, America and relations in Italy, New Zealand) and especially (winter) holidays in the sun. I'm enthusiastic, caring and a bit of a romantic. I love the outdoors, a country walk, especially if it passes a nice old Pub or equally a stroll along a beach. I enjoy gardening, but still have a lot to learn! I want to retire in about 3 years, downsize my house and buy a cottage near the sea in Dorset / Devon and maybe a holiday home in France.
