Hi I'm Chris, I live on the sunny (according to the Tourist Board) Isle of Wight. Lovely place to live, but difficult to meet people if you’re too old for clubs but rather too young for the day care centre.
I'm extrovert, not to the extent of dancing on tables, but outgoing, chatty and friendly, love talking to intelligent people and getting their take on life. High IQ, sometimes low common sense. Excellent at spelling, appalling at maths, love bread and butter pudding, James Bond films, karaoke and vodka and lime. Hate Brussels sprouts, most television, rudeness and unpunctuality.....sense of humour? Well have you ever met anyone who admits to not having one?! Lean towards the ironic and satirical; I tend to see the absurd things in life (like trying to sum up my personality in a little white box on a computer screen!).I'm reliable, considerate and loyal to my friends. Physical: 5’5”, slim not skinny, natural redhead,usual complement of eyes, ears etc. Told I look younger than I am (and not just by people wanting to borrow money!)Amicably divorced, no children, 1 mad parrot.Enjoy amateur acting and belong to a couple of local groups.

 

Everything starts with friendship – and that takes time to grow. I’m hoping to meet people, who, like me, are happy to let things develop at a natural pace. We may end up simply as Internet acquaintances, or as inseparable lifelong friends, but if we don’t try, we’ll never know...
