My name is Richard, and I run a horticultural business. I am interested in life, the universe, and everything. I'm always busy with family and work, so dont get out to be social much - which I miss.

I love people; sharing experiences; having a laugh; talking about emotions; all that stuff. I am shy about introducing myself to people I dont know - hence joining this!

People who know me generally think of me as friendly, helpful, interesting, but a bit too serious. I need to loosen up a little.

I love music, theatre and travel (I've been some amazing places).

Three of my kids are over 20, and live their own lives. The youngest is 12yrs, and a real "daddy's boy"!

Separated, but sharing a house, and feel it would be good if I widened my social circle.

About you

I would like to have friends of either sex - married or single. I am not looking for annother relationship - way too soon. I generally get on better with women, but male friends are good too.

I am looking for someone who likes to have a chat down the pub, or a cup of coffee in the kitchen. Theatre, movies, meals, etc.

Basically, I am looking to get the balance in my life the way I want it to be, between work, family, and me.
