I'm a quiet chap who likes the usual sort of social activities - perhaps feeling most at home in a good local pub, but I also enjoy travelling. I love exploring new cities - I'm not really a beach holiday person. I'm reasonably intelligent (ex Mensa member) and can be quite good company once you get to know me. I have a good circle of friends but am missing that 'someone special' to enjoy sharing things with.





 

Someone who doesn't mind being with a man who isn't particularly extrovert, and who accepts that you dont need to be a 'party animal' to have good times.
I'm looking initially for someone to spend days out with - going to restaurants, cinema, exhibitions etc. and spending quiet times with at home or local pub.
Having a companion to go away with for short breaks or maybe longer would be great.

I'm happy living alone in my own space, and I am not particularly looking to develop a relationship what would lead to living with someone. That does not however preclude having a close or intimate relationship.
