About me
I am an extraordinarily ordinary ugly duckling looking for a very special person to help bring out the swan in me; someone who will show me life and let me share it with them, both the good times and the 'in between' times; someone to grow old with; someone with whom I can laugh all through the night but who can also find peace in silence.
"The best things in life are free" or so they say, which is lucky for me as I work for job satisfaction rather than a good salary so I am as happy doing things that cost nothing like going for a walk by the Thames, or just sitting in the park people watching as I am going out for a night on the town, though I am happy to do that as well.
I am very intelligent but not intellectual, in fact I am very down to earth. I don't do posh, I am happiest in jeans but I am very loving, caring, giving, honest (sometimes brutally so, especially about myself) and loyal. If you can say the same, try me for size. Talking of size, I am more Dawn French than Kate Moss but the one I am looking will be more interested in what is on the inside.
I don't paint a very good picture, do I, but if you know the truth from the start, hopefully you won't be disappointed.
