PICS OF ME ALL THROUGH MY WEIGHT LOSS!!

5 yrs ago i lost a lot of weight which of course im proud of, but not too proud to show the before and after pics, these are taken from the beginning when i was very ill with hormone problems, up to the time i reached my ideal weight in Jan 2004. Have never put it back on!! The reason for showing these now, if they help just one person to believe in themselves and know that it IS possible to achieve your goals, it would have been worth the embarrasement LOL!!

Moi at 18 stone, can't believe this was once me!!	Looking like death warmed up and feeling it too!!	With my ex boss Rich, had lost 2 stone here!!	Another stone gone and its starting to show!!	Getting there albeit slowly!!
